Target one player. For 30 minutes, that player's Rally is multiplied by 2 (up to a maximum of 10), the cost of Salty spells cast by them reduced by 50%, and all posts that person makes during this time glow red with electric sparks (for the duration of Nano-Boost only). The player who casts the spell sees posts glow blue instead. The targeted player's Rally does not gain or decay whilst under the effects of Nano-Boost, and their Rally becomes 1 once the 30 minutes end. The effects of multiple Nano-Boosts do not stack.
