Removing Resolved Suggestions Forum

After some discussion on MFGG based on their suggestions forum, I think we should remove the resolved suggestions subforum and roll those threads back into the meta forum. It's weird to treat feedback as something you can close and lock away like an issue tracker and I think having the threads all in the same place like a regular forum makes a lot more sense.

I do think that plenty of threads we have there work with the "resolved" format but that's fair.

some issues are resolved. you can still post in the resolved issues forum anyway.
it's not like mfgg where they lock the thread as soon as someone reads it

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I forgot that minus world does everything better and have moved this to resolved.
