Time to name this character. Here is what we know about her so far:

Despair
Occult
Tax Evasion

Thanks to her dark and dismal personality, this character was never very popular among her peers. During high school she found herself often bullied. Unable to take it anymore, she began to investigate ways to get back at them. She found a strange website detailing demon summon rituals. She was just desperate enough that she thought it might work. A little bit of human hair, a little bit of albino goat's blood that had its throat slit at midnight on the night of a full moon with a silver dagger, some black candles, and a few other obscure items were needed for the ritual. She gathered them up and got summoning. It worked.

The demon appeared before her and asked politely, "What do you need of me?" She explained that she wanted to be popular. She wanted to be rich. The demon looked up at her, then down, gave a big inhale, and decided to strike a deal. He pulled out a smartphone and handed it over to her. He explained that there were two apps installed that she needed to use. The first was a catalog of a vast array of occult items. She could at any time tap an item she wanted and it would be delivered to her within seconds. The second app was a simple camera. Confused, she asked what it was for. "I want pictures of your soles," the demon replied. She thought for a few minutes and accepted.

Her first order was a bottomless coffer. The funds helped to quickly become more hip and popular at her school. She took a snapshot of herself, in an attempt to capture a shot of her soul for the demon. Unfortunately for her, this wasn't what he wanted. He sent her a message back, explaining through text once again that he wanted pictures of her soles. Now she understood what this demon wanted and why he was banished to hell in the first place. Unwilling to feed into the demon's foot fetish herself, she began to send him pictures of other people's feet or blurry images that simply looked like feet. It worked for a while but the demon eventually started to catch on and she had to up her game constantly.

As if that wasn't enough, she ended up attracting the attention of some strange government organization. One evening her mother knocked on her bedroom door and informed her to come out to the main hall, as she had a visitor. Even with her new popularity she didn't have any friends who would show up at her home. Who could it be? Was it the demon? It was a man who introduced himself as a member of the Bureau of Paranormal Investigation. Her mother excused herself and the main continued with accusations that she possessed occult artifacts. She denied them and fled back to her room where she grabbed the phone and sneaked out of her bedroom window.

Now she lives on a constant run from both the men of the Bureau and the demon's growing suspicions. With the help of the phone's ability to summon magical items she gets by and has been becoming increasingly proficient with them, enough to be dangerous. She has had a few run ins with the Bureau where she had to attack with lethal force in self defense. She has also gotten involved with a smuggling ring that she sells artifacts to sometimes. They give her a large sum of money and then transfer the goods to private collectors and mysterious researchers. Some of their members help her with evading the Bureau.

She has gotten tired of constantly being on the run though, and just wants it all to stop. She no longer uses the phone to order new occult items in order to stop her debt to the demon from increasing. She currently has a small arsenal of items saved up from both her phone and her deals with the artifact smugglers.
