As far as i know, if you are browsing Twitter anonymously(meaning not being logged in), "You might like..." section in Twitter usually contains accounts relevant to the one you are currently browsing. But as of lately, "You might like..." now contains the same three accounts based on your country, and that's it. That doesn't change no matter how many accounts you hop across while browsing as an anon.
