As much as I want him gone, I'll vote Mariopants for killing Rozalin. I'm still not sure, however. As for Cool Cat, that's still up in the air.

When the dumbwaiter was rebuilt, at what floor was it positioned for use? Where is it now? Also, are there any traces inside it?

Does the thread match any strangle marks on Rozalin's body? What about anything related to sewing supplies, like pins and needles?
