Spawns randomly in threads, clicking it gives you an item. It's giant and pretty difficult to miss when a thread has one.

I'm an avid user of the "newest post" button for threads so I almost never see the entire thing

Random points of the thread, it's usually hovering over some post or someone's sig or something.

I don't know if it only loads past where newer posts are if you're not viewing an older thread, I brought that up while we were discussing implementing the concept but I don't know if Spritey found a way to do that.
