it's like a rally up but it sets your rally to 5x and it rapidly decays down to .3 over the course of a few hours, which then has to be re-built back up to 1x with spells

building rally should be impossible until the item floors it though to keep it 'fair'

rally x must be canon

sounds hilarious and has an actual drawback

How many hours should it last?

the entire lifespan of the item should probably be somewhere between 90 to 150 minutes, its hard to say but i'm leaning closer to 90 than 150

most power play discourse burns out super fast so this would tie in with that, you wouldn't be able to just drop a post and go to bed on it or else you run the risk of missing out on way more ex than you'd have gotten off just using a rally up instead

Item duration is counted in hours so 2 would probably work
