Lately I go to bed around 8-9pm and wake up at 5am, I make a pot of coffee and walk the dog before it's light out. I've found this feels like a natural/intuitive way to live and staying up late doesn't appeal to me at all anymore. I am slowly becoming an old farmer

nothing set, sometimes I'll be awake for 18 hours and sleep 12 sometimes I'll be awake for 12 and sleep 5
on rarer occasions I'll be awake 36 hours and sleep anywhere between 3 and 15 hours

I can't imagine sleeping at fucking 9. Usually I go to bed somewhere between 11PM and 2AM, and I wake up like 8 hours later.

fair enough but half the year 8 or 9 PM is before the sun sets at all, and if you go to bed before the sun then that makes you the bottom in that relationship
