What good is a cruise without a gift shop, am I right?
That's why I'm introducing the Mono Shop. In concept it's just a little room on the UPPER DECK, clearly marked on that map that I so loving drew as a gift to all my favorite little murderers in training. But there's a fun twist to this room...
Every player will start the game with a Monokredit Card. On this card are 20 MONOKREDITS, a special kind of currency you can spend at my little shop! I was originally gonna go with "Monocoins" but apparently kids these days don't like lugging around a pocket full of change? Geez, what's the world coming to. Nothing's quite as despair-inducing as fifty pounds of coins rattling around in your pocket!
...Anyway I'm getting a liiiiittle off topic. Back to the shop! For every class trial you successfully lynch the murderer in, you'll get 10 MONOKREDITS each! Not bad, huh? But if you let them get away with it... you get nothing! If you mistakenly vote for suicide, everyone will lose 5 MONOKREDITS. Additionally, if you make an attempt, you'll get 5 MONOKREDITS loaded onto your card.
Now, for our lovely selection!
-OWL COAT
Cost: FREE
A coat with a sick ass OWL on it. It's free but there is only one of them. First come, first serve.
-PISS KNIFE
Cost: 5 Monokredits
A knife that secretes piss somehow. The only source of the precious liquid permitted on the ship, however it leaves a trail unless it is wrapped up and will leave traces on anyone it touches.
-NAMEPLATE SWAPPER
Cost: 10 Monokredits
A professional crew will come before the night begins and swap two people’s room nameplates, making them seem like they are exiting and entering each other’s rooms.
-TROPHY
Cost: 10 Monokredits
A trophy filled with a bizarre liquid that reeks of… beer? Anyone the liquid is splashed on will get knocked out, and they will reek of beer for the rest of the night and during investigation. One use.
-SWORD
Cost: 15 Monokredits
A straight up medieval sword. I wish I was kidding, but nope. Apparently belonged to a legendary knight, famous for murdering a bunch of idiots in really mundane ways.
-ANNOYING GUN
Cost: 15 Monokredits
A simple handgun with no real special abilities. It does however, make a very unfitting noise when it goes off. You have no idea what sound it will make, so be on the ready.
-BULLETPROOF VEST
Cost: 15 Monokredits
A simple bulletproof vest. It has paint stains on it for some reason too. Curious. It will safely prevent a murder attempt on you once unless everyone who has been attempted on that night is wearing a vest, in which case it will do nothing.
-PAINT PACKETS
Cost: 15 Monokredits
Gathered from the LIBRARY of an old house, these allow you to spill paint on the floor to force people going through to leave footprints. One use. Paint dries at the end of the night.
-CONFETTI BOMB
Cost: 20 Monokredits
At first glance it doesn’t seem special, but this confetti bomb will allow you to teleport once per game between two rooms on the same floor, leaving confetti behind that you will be unable to clean up.
-ROLE-B-GONE
Cost: 20 Monokredits
A black-and-white spray can. Spraying this on someone at night will negate their role the next. It’s as they say: “Ignore their role, put ‘em in a hole!”
-DISMEMBERED DICK
Cost: 20 Monokredits
A severed penis that strangely explodes into live bees when thrown. You can use this to attack if you really want.
-AMNESIA SPRAY
Cost: 25 Monokredits
How does this work? No idea, but spraying someone with this will make them not recieve a witness account for the night.
-SNACKER'S LAMENT
Cost: 20 Monokredits
A spray can with a SANDWICH on it. If you spray someone, they will stop what they are doing and run to the KITCHEN for food.
-WALL SEED
Cost: 20 Monokredits
A strange concrete ball. When thrown, it erects a CONCRETE WALL where it lands.
-OLD KEY
Cost: 25 Monokredits
An old, rusted key. Allows access to the locked hatch on the upper deck.
-MONOKUMA SUIT
Cost: 30 Monokredits
A one-use fursuit that allows you to disguise yourself as Monokuma at any time. The inflatable nature allows you to carry it on your person unworn without being seen.
-LABORER GLOVES
Cost: 30 Monokredits
White gloves with a bizarre aura around them. They will allow you to carry anything, regardless of your physical strength. Be warned though, as they cannot be removed, and they hunger for work, killing you if you do not move one object per night.
-NIGHTMARE NECTAR
Cost: 30 Monokredits
A swirling black and gray liquid. Drink this, and you’ll never sleep again! Your pure terror will result in you always being the first to wake, and it’ll keep you up all night.
-LIQUID AUTOTURRET
Cost: 30 Monokredits
A sentry gun that fires whatever liquid you pour into it, marking the target potentially. Can be moved, but must be refilled after every night in use to be used again.
-ROOM BUG
Cost: 35 Monokredits
Found in Yrr's pocket, these objects allow you to place a bug in someone's room to get a vague detailing of part of their accounts each night. Must be physically placed.
Aaaaand that's that! Every person can buy only one of each item per night, because I gotta restock this stuff. That's real hard to do in the middle of the ocean.
Also no. If you kill someone, I am instantly deactivating their credit card. You're not just gonna get rich by killing some guy. Although... There's a special little role called the ULTIMATE TYCOON, and if you kill them, you'll get alllll their cash, and they have heaps of it!
Thanks for shopping at the Mono Shop, and may all your future murders piss at least one person off!
