Chiaki is the most likely suspect due to suddenly showing up right after Masked Draku gets owned and then having a conflicting account when compared to Turb. Turb might have done it but witnessing Dude and Elyk fighting makes it highly unlikely, on top of describing his actions very early on that no one else will fill in the gaps of

New evidence has come to light in the form of Shadow's boogeyman's testimony. Jesus this fucking game makes things sound weird out of context.
Anyways, it can be assumed that Turb dropped confetti due to his passive downside while rummaging about Shadow's room for the trophy, ate it to hide the evidence, and then took off to go do his bullshit in my room. Whether he confettiported in there or not at this time is up for question.
Turb fakes out going to the ship and then knocks out Chiaki and either confettiports into my room or gets onto the ship normally to do his Calling Card business.
