Linode is where the current hosting lies. The older MW site was on whatever RII's hosting shit was. Hence the rule addition and changing some other rules based on the older hosting to be more lenient.

I can understand that Kyori is probably difficult to reach, but if you're saying RII's hard to reach that's new information to me. I probably would've assumed it was a "we don't want to pester him" sort of thing if you hadn't made that clarification.

I just went over Linode's TOS and I don't see anything unreasonable anyway. And more leniency sounds good to me.

rules changed up a bit, changed NSFW to content warning and made it more about stuff that could negatively affect the viewer (like if they have an aversion to gore, or epilepsy) rather than it getting someone in trouble, as well as added a note about DUMWAW
