oh this thread is my jam. seals can fall asleep at sea, and when they fall asleep at sea they fall asleep with one eye open and alert looking out for predators, just floating out there. when they fall asleep on land they just do regular sleep though

#7 is wrong by the way they arent totally immune. anyways some seals will slap their flippers against their bodies as a warning against threats
