@Monokuma does Ramona still have her roller skates and subspace bag? If not can we search her room for them? If we find the subspace bag empty the contents of that if possible.

Her SUBSPACE BAG is on her person. You empty it out and find a SHITLOAD OF LIQUOR, a DOOR, some PENS, a KNIFE, and an INFLATABLE SHARK.

You check the FIRST ROOM of the BASEMENT for any kind of secret passageway. There doesn't appear to be anything of the sort, with no doors, even secret ones, besides the entrance and the KEYCARD DOOR.

You present your two GUNS. They are GLOCKS and they appear to have full stores of ammo.

@Monokuma have we checked the remaining pistols on the wall to see if there are any missing ammunition? Is there a stockpile of ammunition down there that could just be taken from?

The plague doctor showed up and kindly escorted me into the third room, at gunpoint.

I guess this part of my testimony was a little unclear, so here's the revised version:

After taking a shotgun off the wall, I hid in the corner of the room. The good doctor walked in, and I told him to unlock the door, shotgun at the ready. He swipes his keycard and I follow him in, keeping the gun trained on him as we walked through the third room.

EDIT: The keycard was black and white.

Next to the GUN WALL is a bunch of AMMO. None of the AMMO appears to have been taken from either the PISTOLS or the AMMO STOCKPILE, besides RUBBER BULLETS.

You present your BLACK and WHITE KEYCARDS. You also present your GUN, emptying out your RUBBER BULLETS. You also have REAL BULLETS, all of which are accounted for.

The CAMERAS are still OFF. No one has bothered to turn them on after the POWER OUTAGE. Turning them on, you realize that they're all swerved to point at the WALL anyway.

RAMONA is lying in a pool of heavy blood. It appears that your hypothesis is correct.

Nearby, in the booths, a guy you don't recognize leans over to his friend and comments on "that guy's superhuman liver". In the next booth over, someone puts down the newspaper they were reading, and perks up upon hearing this. Their face is blurred out, but they pull out a smartphone, and begins texting something, before hitting send and putting their phone back in their pocket.

They get up and leave, and immediately, another person takes their place at the booth, their face also blurred. They are wearing a black and white coat. For the rest of the night, you see this person watching Hades intently.

Beyond what RAMONA already had on her in the investigation, there is nothing of interest.

The PLAGUE DOCTOR COSTUME doesn't seem to contain anything either

RAMONA'S BODY appears to be entirely unharmed besides the GUNSHOT WOUNDS.

TURB'S GUN, not to be confused with "TURB'S GUN" is a GLOCK, containing all of its ammo. It doesn't appear to have been fired.

@monokuma looking around the resort, perhaps at the bar or ticket office for example where "safety" might be included, do there appear to be any signs of a gun being there?

@Monokuma can we dig out the bullets from Ramona's body and inspect them some more?

@monokuma if we havent can we check all the guns on the gunrack for evidence of being fired, or being placed where they dont belong as if they were put back.
