Check Niles's body in the morgue

You check Niles' body in the Morgue, pulling the drawer out from the body locker. He is... completely nude. He doesn't have anything on him, but you kind of wish he did.

Riki see anything in Control Department or Facility Jail, then? All friends already check Holding Cell, and Riki check Armory... Riki think so, anyway.

Riki also check all Lab Passage rooms in group, if possible. Should be... lots and lots of Anomaly Rooms, and Anomaly Lab, and Morgue? Those not sink.

Checking through the Control Department and Facility Jail, you don't really see anything out of place, save for the masked individual watching you intently from the cell and the remains of his late cellmate.

Next, you check through all the rooms past the Lab Passage... completely untouched. Each and every one of them is exactly the same as it was the last time you investigated them.

You look at Barry suspiciously. He barks, clapping his flippers and flopping around. He doesn't appear to have any suspiciously-rifle shaped shaped objects visible in his stomach.

You check Riki's inventory... He's strapped with a bulletproof vest, and is carrying a shotgun. He also has two masks, one resembling Dodo's face and the other resembling a Goron. Finally, he possesses a lone silver key.

You check the Receiving Bay. It appears as though there are droplets of some black liquid on the floor, as well as several missing small bottles and flasks. The Sleep Lab meanwhile is missing two beds. Walking around the Facility Grounds from there though, you don't see anything out of place by the two buildings or dorms besides a blood splatter by the Survey Dorms.

What are the beds doing in the chaotic seal side room?

You look at the beds in the room besides the Chaotic Seal... They sure are beds. I dunno, what would YOU do if you were a bed? Things to think about.

What color are the sheets on those beds?

Search the Lighthouse proper for anything out of place, including the anomaly room.

You take a look through the Lighthouse and around the perimeter. Nothing super interesting in here, it's about the same. The Deep Colossus is sitting in its cell immobile, and the Void Rifle you put there is completely missing. Up the stairs, there's a rope dangling out the window by the light to the ground.

Climbing down, you look around the outside. There is a trail through the snow like a huge tire track leading across the lake, ending abruptly before an impact mark in the snow. Several feet away, lying difficult to see in the snow, is a mask depicting a weird one-eyed face.

Is there a suit of armor somewhere I can throw into a sunken room to see if it matches the one in Lab Zero?

There is no suit of armor remaining on the premises.

Check Rikipon's room

You check Hustler's room, not finding anything inside. The hall outside in the Survey Dorms though is splattered with ectoplasm. A dead, pale-colored creature is also on the floor, blood still freshly dripping from a puncture wound in its chest.

Checking Hustler's body though, you see that they have a handgun and their signature Sigma Blades - kitchen knives strapped to their wrists, bound with cheese wire. Their body is heavily bruised as well.

Check Rikipon's room

You open Riki's door, and are immediately blasted with the stench of rot. Looking around, you see several masks lying around the room.

• A mask resembling a surprised wooden face

• A mask resembling Astrid's face
  
• A mask resembling Jack of Spades' face
  
• A mask resembling a dinosaur skull
  
• A mask resembling Riki's face
  

There is also a handgun and some carving tools. Following the rotten stench, you finally find... Jack of Spades's severed head, mouldering underneath Riki's bed.

Don't suppose anything in the Director's Office matches any of Pea's wounds?

Looking up from the streets of the Residential District, you see that the cavern ceiling is far too high to be able to interact with. Instead, you walk the grounds of the city, looking for traps. Yeah, nothing there unfortunately.
