The forum is still under development and this was a makeshift (joke) solution to a thread complaining that the forum wasn't green. It will likely be made a nice shade of green when the current theme is feature complete.

Once we're ready to call the default theme feature-complete, we can start working on recreating some of the popular themes from Old MW

I think someone suggested using a filter like this for the Codec Cyan skin, lol
