basically what you gotta do is get a small chisel and tap it firmly into your device's screen wherever there is a dot. once you've done that it should become a lot easier to feel the braille

They should make touch screen monitors with feel. That would fix the braille issue as well as the people not being able to feel their keyboard issue.
