non of you hav a good reason to do it in the first place

idk i think at one point in my life i thought i had gotten over being suicidal but now im starting to think that it's probably something i'll always have to deal with. i guess main thing to keep oneself going is to focus on short/mid-term goals that are easy to manage, and let long-term goals take care of themselves. keep your chin up, and remember that it's ok if you have a day where you can't get out of bed or don't get anything productive done.
