Actually if there's one dedicated forum that I miss it's Forum Games. Maybe it could work as a PPP subforum (or its own thing if it takes off)

Would also be a good place for that Dueling For EXP idea. Two members enter, and only they can post in the thread. Whoever has gained the most Good Sh*ts in that thread within 24 hours will be declared the winner.
