Things like:

- How long does a Gimmickeer term last?
- To what extent are Gimmickeers allowed to moderate? (i.e. I assume warns and bans aren't allowed, but editing posts might be a permission to consider)
- What is the penalty for Gimmickeer inactivity? How is it decided if another election must be held before the current Gimmickeer's term is over?

I think it would be helpful to have a permanent sticky in this board detailing all these things + introducing people to the general concept

Also there should be a way to voluntarily nominate yourself for Gimmickeer. Currently we can nominate other people, but just because they win may not mean they're actually interested in the job. It should be more like a "throw your hat into the ring and see who picks you" thing
