regardless though i think this is finally a good spot for rally, live fast burn out faster. it was self-sustaining beforehand though and i was only losing it because i was funneling EX constantly to monokuma out of the name of DESPAIR

The old decay was 0.001 for every ex you earn (ex prior to rally adjustment, so a Good Sh*t would put you down 0.005, even if you had 5.0 rally and got 25ex from it)

So you needed 4000ex to drop down from 5.0 to 1.0.

Considering that there will be rally multipliers on some of that 4000ex, it seemed likely to me that you would cap ex before falling from 5.0 to 1.0. It's probably possible to figure out when and if you will cap, but I can't be bothered to figure it out.

So the decay rate is now 0.005.

See how it goes.
