political SIMULATOR
Cool, this is different from the usual political spectrum test people use
>prostitution illegal
how will i get laid now?Anyway, I find this thing too much effort to fill in properly so I tried to get as far right as possible. Around 85% right is as far as i got and couldn't find a way to get more. I guess only a sith deals in absolutes.
oh okay if you mouse over the titles there's tooltips

have you considered how legalising prostitution (rather than decriminalising it) removes autonomy from sex workers and gives more power to the state?

yeah this test works in a state apparatus field so you have to game the system to get closer to your real views [just like you have to game the real system to get to your real self]
Get it by your own hands.

I think keeping people safe is more important than autonomy when we're talking about potentially dangerous jobs. For instance construction workers might feel stifled by OSHA, but there are a lot fewer accidents as a result of such regulations. And when we're talking about prostitution, the occupational hazards are things like rape, STDs, and beatings, which are not only physically dangerous but also psychologically traumatizing.

but simply decriminalising it creates a marketspace around intercourse, meaning corporate interests will attempt to control sexual discourse
i support socialized fucking. from each according to their ability, in each according to their need

my question wasn't a vindication against your self-determination.
i suppose the "political SIMULATOR" doesn't specify what legalisation entails but if sex work is an intrinsic facet of the patriarchal familial system (and as such impossible to render under communism), i'm just curious as to how legalisation can actually protect workers any more than decriminalisation would.
