I changed the greentext regex a bit

here's the old one just in case `(?!\n)>(.*?)(\n|$)`

this one only works if the arrow is at the start of the line, so no `x > 5` breaking lines which is maybe a good thing

on the other hand it doesn't seem to work in quotes which is  odd

doesn't break the markdown though

Other things to note:
[video] grabs the dimensions of the video
[youtube] uses the youtube default for the dimensions
[bandcamp] is just odd how it works
[bar] will accept values above 100 but they'll be represented as a full bar.
