To spice things up with Whoops, I had mentioned a FLUDD meter a while back that depletes as you clean it. You steadily recharge your FLUDD meter over time, but goodshits and reactions increase the rate at which you recharge.

To top that all off the shine get when you successfully clean a post should do the jingle from sunshine and earn you a Shine Sprite icon on the post or something to show it's been cleaned. Once cleaned, you shouldn't be able to cast whoops again imo.
