Scramble selected users reaction menu pop up every time they open it for x amount of time at a cheapish cost (I'm thinking maybe 5 or 10 exp)

I like the concept but maybe the execution could be crazier

What about Reaction Roulette? The reaction menu is replaced with a random reaction button, and you have to keep rolling to get a reaction you want. Maybe the first click is free and subsequent clicks cost 1 EXP each. Would work as a really cheap Salty, even less annoying than Size Matters.
