Power Flotzo is a potential, but he clearly grabbed the drink under some form of mind control, and very likely poisoned it under the same control as well. There is no reason for 👌 to have used their powers to ask for a drink they were planning on doing nothing with unless it was to be used in a murder attempt.

I can't shake the feeling that 👌 did it. Her role power would explain the rat's strange actions, and I don't know what reason Mordin Solus would have to lie about his own role if he isn't a suspect himself.

He starts torching the place, row by row, slowly creeping his way up to POWER FLOTZO's position.
He takes aim at POWER FLOTZO...
And flings a strip of BACON right into his mouth.
POWER FLOTZO gags and chokes, like the worst possible thing could've entered his mouth.

THE OTHER MONOKUMA torches him anyway.
