barbeque pork chop, roasted potatoes made with paprika oil, and a Polish cucumber salad.
Roast beef with a very tasty pan gravy and the same roasted potatoes in paprika oil (it's one of my new fave ways to make potatoes.)
BBQ Ribs, elote, and jalapeno baked beans.
