Main Elevator - An elevator that takes you downstairs to the Underground Facility. It is fairly spacious, likely to aid in the transport of anomalies.

Lobby - The Central Facility's check-in lobby. Flanked by two staircases, the check-in desk sits abandoned, though it contains office supplies and some files. There are a variety of places to sit down as well..

Meeting Room - A small boardroom, with a long table, a couple chairs, and a laptop connected to a projector.

Checkpoint - A security checkpoint with a metal scanner, requiring you to walk through if you enter or exit.

Liturgical Study - A laboratory dedicated to the study of religion and so-called miracles. Contains a variety of religious texts from around the world, as well as religious symbols such as crosses, prayer beads, and small statues.

Chapel - A non-denominational chapel for whatever you wish to pray to. An altar sits at the end of the room, and pews line the sides of a central aisle. A small bowl containing nonspecific holy water is planted firmly in the middle.

Gate - A security booth gating the exit. You’re not allowed to leave, but you can hang around the booth if you wish.

Patio - A patio overlooking the Black Forest. You can climb down to explore from here, but the forest is easy to get lost in.

Black Forest - A forest infamous for stories of lost researchers and strange occurrences. A few landmarks inside have been identified and categorized, but it remains difficult to locate them again. Enter at your own risk.

Boiler Room - A room with an old boiler, as well a supply of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools. While the boiler is out of use now that modern systems are in place, it can burn hot enough to start fires.

Sleep Lab - A room with three beds and some monitoring equipment. Seems like it is intended for monitoring dreams. Also seems like a comfy place to sleep.

Anomaly Hall - A hallway containing three strange, yet harmless, anomalies.

Library - A library that appears to be fairly old, filled with several books about the supernatural, both fact and fiction. Some are older than others, and many are filled with blacked-out text.

Security Office - An office by the entrance of the building, where the security personnel usually spend their time in case something tries to break in. It has several lockers, a couple CCTV feeds on a monitor, and various other trinkets.

Whisper Valley Archives - A room housing a variety of files and leftover items from the Whisper Valley Historical Society. They are very well organized, and can be easily found with a reference number. You can look for a random file too, but don’t expect much.

Classified Files - A smaller offshoot of the Whisper Valley Archives, with a higher level required to access. Contains more files, somewhat stranger ones too.

Museum Hall - A hallway containing many old objects and displays. The most notable being an anomalous pipe, but other cases and pedestals contain everything from ancient texts to masks.

Gate #1 - A security gate by the front entrance, containing a few CCTV feeds and a locked cabinet. Not much else of use.

Gate #2 - A security gate by the tunnel leading underground. Contains what appears to be a variety of emergency equipment.

Fountain - A grimy fountain just outside the back of the building. Appears to be damaged and no longer functional, though you get the feeling that at one point it was very nice.

Arboretum - A large greenhouse, the interior wrapped in thorny vines. Housing a variety of plant-based experiments, low-risk anomalies, and regular plants, you can find most known botanical life here, though maybe it's possible to find some… unique specimens as well?

Climate Controls - A control panel used to manipulate the climate in the Arboretum, including heat, water level, and the dispensing of pesticides and herbicides.

Botany Lab - A laboratory dedicated to the study and breeding of plant life. Contains a variety of equipment, soil, fertilizers, and gardening tools. Maybe you can grow your own plants?

Black Forest - A forest infamous for stories of lost researchers and strange occurrences. A few landmarks inside have been identified and categorized, but it remains difficult to locate them again. Enter at your own risk.

Waiting Room - A relatively uninteresting room with a front desk and some seating. Probably contains office supplies and a couple magazines.

Decontamination - A room that releases a gas that instantly cleans your body and equipment. It logs its usage for the night however, to prevent any shenanigans.

Chem Lab - A laboratory with a variety of chemicals and equipment with which to use them. A door sits off to the side, requiring Access Level 4. It is covered in radiation warning stickers.

Aux. Bathrooms - A set of unisex bathrooms for the Auxiliary Building. Sinks and toilets, what else do you need?

Archaeology Lab - An laboratory belonging to the Archaeological Team. Its walls and desks are lined with a variety of strange artifacts you don't recognize, and shelves contain various historical books and research notes. The desk belonging to the team leader is locked, and a fossil sits on top.

Observatory - An observatory located a short distance up the mountain. Its oversized telescope points skyward, and several notes and charts regarding celestial bodies and phenomena sit scattered about.

Geology Lab - A laboratory dedicated to the study of stone samples and the composition of the nearby earth. Contains drills, chisels, picks, and other means of examining stone. Lots of rocks too.

Boathouse - A quaint, old boathouse by the dock. It appears to be locked via a physical key, and not an access level like most of the facility.

Mirror Lake - A lake to the northwest of the facility, accompanied by a boathouse and a small dock. The lake is known for its still, reflective waters, immense depth, and reports of something moving in the water, despite the fact that there are no fish in mirror lake.

Station 2 - A rail station for the shuttle, this one on the side of the main facility. There are some benches to sit in while you wait. The Lab Zero entrance is here, firmly sealed up.

Service Elevator - A larger elevator that seems to go deeper below ground. It is currently out of order, though the doors still open, so be careful.

Receiving Bay - The room where new Anomalies are delivered to the facility. Connects to the upper levels via a road tunnel, but it's a bit of a walk

Lab Passage - A small passage between rooms, with some seating and tables. There’s not much going on here and you get the sense

Morgue - A morgue containing several cadavers in various states and an autopsy table, along with several tools for medical analysis and dissection.

Killing Game Lab - A laboratory dedicated to researching the link between Killing Games and anomalous phenomena.

Anomaly Lab - A laboratory dedicated to studying anomalies. Contains some monitoring equipment, computers, and several containment cells. Contains the corpse of Liz Grayson.

Dispatch - A room where dispatchers use a variety of equipment to communicate with other agents. You can use the intercom here to remotely make an announcement to other rooms.

Counter-Terrorism - A department dedicated to combating the Crimson Eye, an evil criminal organization opposing the Bureau. You can find materials and information regarding the Crimson Eye here, as well as some recovered technology.

Bathrooms - It’s a bathroom. Feel free to use the toilet. No notes.

Armory - A room filled with lethal weaponry, such as guns, energy weapons, and explosives. Access is largely restricted to higher ranking agents.

Holding Cell - A relatively low-security containment room to hold troublemakers or the occasionally possessed until they calm down. Anyone who assisted in a murder or caused too much damage will end up here temporarily.

Facility Jail - A room for the guard assigned to the Holding Cell to spend their time in. There’s a desk and an evidence locker, though the latter is locked.

Anomaly Records - A room where the Bureau keeps its physical copies of records in case of problems with the facility database. Requires high access and the BPI-XXXX number of the anomaly to properly search.

Control Department - The workplace of the team assigned to contain and control Anomalies. Contains a couple weapons, and many notes on Anomaly strengths and weaknesses.

Lab Zero - ACCESS RESTRICTED - DEPARTMENT WILL REMAIN SEALED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FOR EMPLOYEE SAFETY.

Break Room - A room with some tables and chairs for staff on break. Also contains a small kitchen with cutlery, a toaster oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a sink.

Leisure Center - A gymnasium meant for keeping agents both in shape and entertained. Contains a variety of workout equipment, sporting goods, and even a pool.

Locker Room - A room for employees to store their belongings. All the lockers are unlocked besides 3, which are locked with combination locks

Guh...how about this, which of those anomaly things are missing?

- I woke up in the History Dorms, ignoring the Christmas present that Santa forgot to inform me of.
- Next I went to BPI-3143 and obtained some relics. Spooks wasn't happy with me, but I'll put them in the museum where they belong tomorrow night.
- Then I went north across the courtyard. Nobody else was there.
- I enter the Geology Lab and notice Alan Wake reading some documents.
- I go into the Archaeologist's Office to see if I can find my stuff. It takes a bit but I'm able to find my whip. Pegasus enters and stares at me.
- I head back outside and start searching under the rocks for artifacts.
- I don't find anything good, but I do notice Dodo enter the SUrvey Dorms and Raregold enter the Mine Shaft.
- I keep searching and eventually see Raregold leave the Mine Shaft and go to the Archives. Dodo leaves Survey Dorms and goes to Geology Lab. Somebody starts working on the Fountain but I can't tell who it is.
- I go back to bed.

Ah... crimbos are blackmailing me, so I can't post my full account of last night. I'll try to answer any questions I can though.

He has a gunshot wound in his shoulder, and his jugular appears to have been torn out somehow. He is also quite badly bruised, with a large mark on his face especially. The bruises appear to have been made before he died.

You trace the blood trail back to its source. Interestingly, there are two trails: One leads from the Facility Lobby to the Leisure Center, the other leads from the stairwell to the workout bench. There is a large pool of blood in the stairwell, though it appears to have originated there.

You take a close look at his head. It looks like the large bruise was probably enough to KO, but not enough to kill. Looks like a melee attack of some sort. Punch or kick, maybe. On his neck, his jugular has been ripped out, though not in a violent way akin to a mauling, but in a percise manner. The wound itself is not terribly large, but you imagine the blood loss is immense.

My name is Alan Wake. For most of my life, I've been a writer. For the last thirteen years, I faced a monstrous entity in the dark, both of us vying for freedom from that dark place.

Now I find myself here, at the grounds of the Whisper Valley Historical Society - or better known to those who work there, the Bureau of Paranormal Investigation - entangled in a new genre of story - one I was passingly familiar with, and one that could be just as dark as the woods surrounding Bright Falls.

A murder mystery. One in which someone has already died - and their killer has met the same fate.

I'm pretty sure I was the last person to see Gus alive. On top of that, I think I was the first to see the aftermath of Gus's breakout.

I'm getting ahead of myself - let me start again, back from the beginning.

I started my night off by heading up to the Observatory, to have a quick chat with Astrid. We talked about local legends, briefly. On the way there, I bumped into Izumi Konata, and leaving I passed Niles Crane who was heading up to the Observatory as well.

I did a bit of research after that - I am a writer, after all, and writers get inspiration from whatever they can find around them. Eventually, I headed downstairs into the Facility Lobby via the Patio, and passed through the business seminar to the Control Department.

The place was a mess. Ransacked, almost - and Nancy was flat out on the floor. I checked on her to see if she was alright, before heading into the Jail to confirm my initial fear; Gus was missing.

As I stood there in the jail, I heard two gunshots ring out - and promptly rushed out to the Lobby, where some sort of calamity had occurred. The seminar was over, a trail of black ichor lead towards the elevator, and Lily was knocked out on the floor. Breathing, thankfully.

Morgan and the Hustler remained in the lobby, but I headed towards the hallway by the Leisure Center, bumping into Nashu and the Hunter. I let him know what had happened to Nancy and Gus' disappearance, and continued on toward the Leisure Center proper. Niles was here once more, doing some form of aerobics. Not my style, personally.

I head up the stairs... as Gus comes crashing down. On fire. Screaming. I make a mad dash to the top of the stairs, hoping to see whoever lit him on fire or who pushed him - or simply anyone.

Out of breath at the top of the stairs, I staggered to the side as I see two indistinct figures in the distance - one heading towards the Patio from the north, and just the barest glance of someone heading into the Museum Hall. Exhausted, I returned to my bed for the night.

Well, Alan Wake put the idea in my head. Could a man scream with a hole in his throat like Gus has?
I don't really think we need to test that, I'll settle for theoretical.

I should also add one thing; when I checked on Nancy in the Control Department, she said that the custodian had got out, and then mentioned Morgan, BPI-2300, and a detective. She was concussed, so I'm not too sure what to make of it.

Haha I'm just playing, there are no cameras here. Messed up about Gus though... I didn't even see him before he passed... I can't believe he died. It feels like just yesterday he was alive, pretending to be a innocent Janitor...

Speaking of! My sources told me that being a Janitor runs in his family!! Rumor is that he had a older TWIN brother who was separated at birth who died YEARS ago in a tragic movie set incident... they say think he was some big shot Hollywood janitor who had decided to try his hand at directing? I remember hearing was known as "the director who swept the Oscars"

The CUTEST dog! Can you believe they had a dog down here???

I probably should have stayed to pet the pub, since after leaving the dog I was unfortunately RAN DOWN by my OWN dorm mate Dodo via the hallway.


Like a sad game of bowling, he was the ball and I was but the spare pin asunder and knocking me out...honestly I didn't expect rolling Dodos to be something I needed to be keeping an eye out for... field work really is something else!

Thankfully after sometime I managed to get back up and made my way over to the lounge, passing a KO'd Giffany on the station floor..


From here I mostly spend my night chatting with Dexter. He gave me a E~XCULSIVE interview! The guy is honestly pretty cool when you get to know him. You guys are just mean.
After chilling with Dexter, I went to the other underground (Abomaly) lab and got myself a new jacket.

Roxie was hanging looking at.... that ..guy? Tripe? Trap? Trip?
Pea was also there hunched over Liz doing...something. You wouldn't be the reason she is missing now would you?
