You make a print with the knife, then pull it out and pat the mud together. It looks like you could hide it pretty well, though it'd get you muddy in the process.

It looks like the prints from the knives being thrown can't be told apart.

The tunnel is currently about half flooded.

Also it has the following items in it, all scattered around near the fork in the Yellow branch:

-A couple empty beer bottles
-A few cigarettes
-A couple things of lighter fluid
-A couple empty containers that held lighter fluid
-Part of a washcloth

You take a look in a wooden pot in the corner of the Saloon. It has a CCTV, wired out of the pot and into the wall, and a small hole for the camera to look through.

Unfortunately, a large bullet hole through the camera has rendered it permanently off the air.

You look at the floor of the Saloon. Outside of the existing tunnel, there's no other ways underneath.

From the tunnel, you could only hit the string by throwing the knife to the east wall. It'd either land outside the east door or in the northeast wall.

So the stuff's by the fork in the road, yeah? Can I reasonably just throw stuff down there and get it to that point from either end of the tunnel, or do I have to go in?

The stuff is definitely too far to reach from the points themselves. You can't place it there without being in the tunnel.

It looks more like it was all just sitting in one big pile, though the water has made it harder to tell.

Check the windows in the Hotel, look for any signs of someone climbin' into or out of 'em.

These windows are closed, and you see no signs above or below or to the side to imply any transit took place.

You are vaguely wet. You are also vaguely muddy.

Crawling through the tunnel, you do end up noticeably wetter. You could probably remove this, but only if you had something to towel yourself off with.

The washcloth appears to have come from the General Store or the Army Post. It's got a sharp cut down one side, and it's waterlogged.

The lighter fluid bottles all match the ones from the Tobacconist, as do the cigarettes.

The General Store is definitely missing washcloths.

You cut the washcloth with the knife north of the Saloon. Yep, that's pretty much an identical cut.

Could we check the Tobacconist a little more closely? I can't remember if we did a full check of it with what was generally missing... I-I don't know, maybe that's a silly question. But if there's something off, I guess it'll be obvious...
