To put down for reference, melting three jars created the right amount of molten glass.

Looks like you could hear it if you were on the street next to it or by the corners. If you were in the Orange Building, or southeast or northeast of it, you'd miss it.

It seems like a bedroll produces less ash than is even in the canal, much less canal + purple building.

Anyhow Carpentry seems to have a Carpentry's worth of ashes. If you took as many as needed to match the canal, you would notice.

Aaand when she does she says the plan is off so she basically was just wasting my time. "Rest of the night, like I said, I just spent some time unwinding after work. Saw McJango over at the Corral while I was heading to the Saloon, saw the guy with the skull face leaving, Kroos came down to hang out at the bar, Jessica passes through from the Harrier or whatever and leaves. I go upstairs to get my real favorite cat some cat treats and when I come down to kick back blam~! Kroos creampies North Star right there, gets him right in the face. Yeah, it was actually kind of funny. Then he went upstairs and got shot at by the Gambling Parlor trap, oh that's rough buddy. Bit after that I left and THIS time I actually got the cat treats to McJango in Carpentry on my way to bed."
