The trial for who killed Elster. Who did it? If you don't answer correctly, expect to have ONE aspect of your role disabled for the duration of Night 10. Not that you'll get to decide which. I'll leave that up to my new friend Atua. Oh, and expect to keep all those Forbidden Actions active. Can't let you get something good out of something bad.

Heh. And Ventura... I gotta admire you. Found a way past my motive. If we ever meet again, I'm striking first.

And once more, here we are. A choice that is wrong. An innocent sacrificed for the butchery of the ritual.

Very impressive! I was on the edge of my seat the entire case. I admire Hifumi - a constant desire for blood, a constant aim to cut someone apart for her own goals.

It is unfortunate that will mark the end of her. En garde!

Lunging towards Hifumi, Atua wastes very little time with banter or waiting for the others, aiming right for her. The lightweight angel steps backwards, trying to figure out how to avoid this massive charge, but he's got the speed advantage. Atua is about to grab her... and there's a bright flash. When it fades, a glowing figure of belief has interposed itself between Atua and Hifumi.

Her icon of worship... Peroro. The bird may be much smaller than Atua, but as a fellow Liturgic entity, it's clearly got a lot of power behind it thanks to the faith Hifumi has imposed on it. Atua looks surprised, but then grins as he starts to push against Peroro, trying to spike him into the ground. Peroro is able to get free, though, and flies behind Atua. Swinging backwards at Peroro, Atua is able to backhand him, but this has just given Hifumi the ability to bring her Phasing Knife to bear. One of the OCGA's creations, the knife able to phase through anything and cut the inside. Even through Atua's golden skin.

With a cut to the inside of his leg, Atua stumbles for a second, growling. Peroro takes the chance to start pecking at his head, managing to irritate Atua. He stumbles backwards, and begins to think. Besides just the worshipper, what else is giving Peroro this power? What allows his fellow liturgic entity to have the ability to even irritate him? Or harm him, as a tiny bruise begins to appear on Atua's forehead, the god able to be affected by other liturgic beings. It's all about faith and representation... of course. It comes to Atua. Representation.

Atua flexes mightily, and the Peroro shirt explodes to scraps. Peroro suddenly looks weaker, and with a roar, Atua slams into both him and Hifumi. He begins to toss them both around, flinging them up in the air, before hurling Peroro straight into the ground with enough force to leave the other entity stunned. With that, he spins Hifumi a couple more times, and then leaps into the air and throws her forward... through the Restaurant window, and right into the oven. Like a certain other oven on a certain other Night 9, it slams shut and dials itself to 1200 degrees, and Atua takes the chance of his worshipper's demise to come down with an elbow drop that crushes Peroro.

Looks like this angel... is baked.
