ideally the actual text will be what floats over everything eventually and not the whole memberbar

And it should say mom instead of member.

Also how do item memberbars like that work? Are they temporary? If they're temporary I don't see the harm in them saying whatever. Maybe make it so if you hover your mouse over an item memberbar an infotip pops up with the actual member title.
