i don't keep up with the game anymore because the arc-v sets destroyed the meta outright but i heard the arc-v anime was good

zexal was off an on, 5ds was great starting out with a dip in the second half's quality, gx was all over the damn place, original series is still gold

Frogs are complete WAN PATTAN
HEROs are combo city
Blue-eyes are hard as hell to use and have so many varients
ABCs either combo city or WAN PATTAN
Metalfoes are destroy your own shit for effects and pray you have some protection at turn end


Of course everyone I play with(including myself) just build decks that we find fun and enjoyable and say screw the meta

I really hope they stick to simple looking monsters like in the late gx era.
