Considering it's the amount of the lowest costing spell I really don't think so, but it should definitely be on the rarer side.

That's because when Spritey updated the random events to have portraits the drop rate got fucked, that won't happen anymore.

25EXP really isn't that much

Anyway random events will occur an average of 1 in 15 refreshes. They use the same probability code as the welcome messages so some are more common than others. If they start popping up too much we'll adjust the frequency (there aren't that many messages atm so you might see the same ones pretty often)

I took inspiration from neopets lol. Basically it felt like the index and forum listings were really uneventful compared to threads. So now random events occur in those areas only (never inside threads)
