I'm a firm believer in no out of bounds exploits, so you won't find them in my balloon seeks. Though you may need to use Mario's skills to get further reach or more air.

Balloon World is a decent idea but I'm still annoyed that switching into Luigi's clothes doesn't change you into Luigi (same with Wario and Waluigi but those models are so different from Mario it would probably lead to issues)
