Looks fucking bad. Just read Kid Radd if you want a cool story about a video game character 'behind the scenes' who later logs onto the Internet. It's really great, a classic Internet sprite comic that actually uses all original art and characters. Unfortunately the creator seems to have vanished from the web, but someone mirrored it and even made it compatible with the modern web.

I really liked the original film, this one seems... not so great. I'll probably watch it eventually anyways, but fuck.

going from arcade games to the entire internet from the emoji movie seems like a really dumb jump, especially when there's so many more angles they could have taken this from. at least the first movie was really nice
