That player may choose to decline the challenge, or respond by spending X and declaring Rock, Paper or Scissors. The winner receives 2X and adds 1 to their RPS win streak, visible in their user profile. The loser has their RPS win streak reset to 0. In the result of a draw, players receive X, and no change is made to their RPS win streak.
