4K isn't even really "here" yet, y'know? Like, it just hasn't seen widespread adoption yet because of the price barrier and HD TVs already being fine. A Nintendo console especially has no business being 4K.

if they reveal it tomorrow without any games, like not even a stillframe of some new mario game on the controller, i will continue to not care and just be as disappointed as i have been

Yeah the absence of 4k isn't really a problem, it just slightly bugs me that there are phones which output a higher resolution than 1080

i don't get why anyone wants 4K. on a console it's going to have shit performance unless it's just an upscale and then it's pointless. framerate is immensely more important, and nintendo has always been great on that.

That looks much more like speculation than anything.

At this point It's going to be difficult to be disappointed. I don't expect any games, I don't expect any specs. I literally just want to see the console and what it does.

Only way I could be dissappointed is If they pull a Wii U and show the controller before the console....which was weird.

Anything else above that is a mighty bonus.
