Is this unethical food ordering and will my account be canceled?

I keep getting great food discount offers (50% off or more) from apps like Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc. The problem is they have to be delivered (no pickup) and I live in a non-delivery area. So when I place orders I just randomly choose an address that's close to the restaurant and wait in my car for the delivery driver.

So is this unethical?

take it even further. have the food delivered back to the restaurant itself, who will then have nothing to do with the food they just prepared and accepted. they will then discount the food by a further 50% to try to get rid of it which you can either take up yourself by walking in or take a gamble and attempt to order the further discounted food and repeat the process in discount pingpong. soon enough the restaurant will be paying YOU to take it off their hands while you get delicious food.

this is actually the intended use of the discount. companies like grub eats are funded by your local tourism bureau in an attempt to drive up visits to their neighborhoods.
