C is the closest. It's actually just one denier troll, who first called himself Yahoo Joker, who has over 100 sock accounts. He alone is responsible for around 95% of the accusations of people being Dirac. The remaining ones come from some of the more gullible of the so called "skeptics", who have bought in to the delusional fantasies of the above mentioned troll.
