Code:
[CODE]BPI-3999-A [One-Way Cloak]
[ACCESS LEVEL: II]
[THREAT LEVEL: BLUE]
[DESCRIPTION]: This display appears to display nothing, or something invisible.

[INFORMATION]: BPI-3999-A is a cloak approximately the correct size to fit most adult humans, with a black coloration on the inside of the cloak. The outside of the cloak, meanwhile, is completely invisible, allowing one to see perfectly through it as though the cloak itself did not exist. The cloak itself, despite its anomalous traits, seems to be composed of ordinary cotton, and is quite warm, if heavy.

"I understand that 3999-A is comfortable, but it is NOT to be used as a bathrobe, for obvious reasons."

Code:
BPI-3999-B [Bottomless Beer Bottle]
[ACCESS LEVEL: I]
[THREAT LEVEL: BLUE]
[DESCRIPTION]: It seems to look like a regular bottle of beer, labeled as being made by "Big Boy Brewing Pumpkin IPA". The label also contains what looks like the Headless Horseman, flipping you the middle finger.

[INFORMATION]: BPI-3999-B [Bottomless Beer Bottle] - A bottle labeled as containing "Big Boy Brewing Pumpkin IPA". This bottle is constantly full, no matter how many sips are taken from it. While the mechanism by which it does this is unknown, even more curious is the fact that the liquid seems to be malt vinegar, rather than beer or any sort of alcohol at all. Attempts to break the bottle have been unsuccessful, as it appears to have some sort of anomalous protection.

"Now this one, you are welcome to use this one in hazing rituals. This one is funny."

Code:
BPI-3999-C [VHS Receiver]
[ACCESS LEVEL: II]
[THREAT LEVEL: BLUE]
[DESCRIPTION]: A regular VHS player. May or may not contain a tape.

[INFORMATION]: BPI-3999-C is a VHS player and recording device of the sort typically found in the 1990s to 2000s. It plays tapes without issue, however despite being hooked up to no input or power source, it occasionally is known to produce a new tape. These tapes typically contain entirely new movies, often based on past events or existing media. The movies tend to be of mediocre quality, and after screening, are often transferred to digital formats and sold in bargain bins and to streaming services to raise funds.

"The only 'analog horror' here is trying to digitize these fucking things."

Code:
BPI-2218 [Pipe of Deduction]
[ACCESS LEVEL: III]
[THREAT LEVEL: BLUE]
[DESCRIPTION]: A vintage smoking pipe, appears to contain one smoking session's worth of an unknown herb.

[INFORMATION]: Unavailable

Code:
BPI-4211 [Wino’s Delight]
[ACCESS LEVEL: III]
[THREAT LEVEL: YELLOW]
[DESCRIPTION]: A bottle of red wine labeled as being from "Black Cellar". It does not appear to be remarkable in any way, and is full of wine.

[INFORMATION]: Unavailable

Code:
[INFORMATION]: BPI-3143 [OCGA Salvaged Items]
[ACCESS LEVEL: III]
[THREAT LEVEL: YELLOW]
[DESCRIPTION]: The display appears to contain three items - an electric kettle, some kind of salt shaker, and a plain metal grilling spatula.

[INFORMATION]: BPI-3143 refers to a series of functional supernaturally enhanced recovered from the remnants of a facility once operated by the OCGA, a group of chefs experimenting with Killing Games as a means of creating literal culinary magic.

This containment room contains the following:

BPI-3143-A [Temporal Kettle]: This artifact appears to be a regular, common electric kitchen kettle with no unique distinguishing traits beyond its OCGA branding. Provided that it is filled with water at some point later within the day or night in an act of self fulfilling prophecy, it will contain boiling water until it is emptied. If no water is put in the kettle later in a 24 hour time period, it will be empty no matter when it is checked. It appears that the kettle operates on a closed time loop, and seems to operate in a similar way to a magical temporal crystal previously involved in the [KG-7 INCIDENT].

"Requests to move this item to the Break Room for convenience are currently under consideration pending preliminary safety assessments.” - Spooks, The Magical Cat™

BPI-3143-B [Universal Flipper]: A plain black spatula with OCGA branding on the handle. Despite not appearing particularly durable and containing no known mechanism to enable this special behavior, the spatula is capable of flipping over anything it can fit under, provided the object is not fixed to anything else, regardless of the strength of the person wielding it. In this respect, it works similarly to the limited supernatural strength enhancements often bestowed by the powerful entity known as "Atua" to his followers.

"First of all, this item explicitly does not work on buildings, and secondly - that's not even what 'house flipping' means in the first place!" - Dr. Rosenwood

BPI-3143-C [Spice to Entice]: A small, glass shaker filled with what looks like a white, crystalline substance. It is branded with the OCGA's logo, much like their other items.  Any food with this substance added to it appears to be completely irresistible to everyone it is presented to, excluding the chef. This only seems to operate as intended when added to food, instead tasting rather foul when added to any sort of drink. It is unknown what this substance considers soup to be between the two, and no tests have since been conducted after the "Fat [REDACTED] Incident".

"I don't care what the chemical analysis says, this is NOT 'just MSG'.- Dr. Pysknife

Code:
BPI-2610 [Stairway to Heaven]
[ACCESS LEVEL: I]
[THREAT LEVEL: BLUE]
[DESCRIPTION]: The containment room opens up to display a staircase ascending endlessly into the sky.

[INFORMATION]: BPI-2610 is a set of floating glass stairs suspended by unknown means in what appears to be an open, endless, sky-like pocket dimension, leading upwards towards a bright light of unknown origin. The pocket dimension appears to be localized to the room containing the anomaly, which seems to be impenetrable from the outside, despite the outer walls being constructed out of simple concrete. Moving the room as a whole appears to have no effect on the interior, and it has been relocated to this facility as a result for safekeeping.

Attempting to climb the stairs will eventually result in an endless loop, with test subjects finding themselves making no progress regardless of how long they climb for. Falling off the edge also results in an eventual "respawn" at the start of the room, making this room completely harmless, unless someone simply falls down the stairs.

Upon observation by a third party, subjects attempting to climb higher are noted to eventually visibly warp back to the start upon reaching the light, with no memory of doing so and no physical sensation of doing so, seeing it as a continuous climb until they do so.

The mechanism by which this occurs appears to be explicitly magical in some form, and not observable to the average person. It is possible that subjects attempting to climb the staircase are lacking something that should allow them to ascend, or that the stairs themselves are lacking something similar. Perhaps with enough research, ascension could be possible.

"Please DO NOT attempt to 'backwards long-jump' up the staircase. This does not work, as evidenced by at least five of your colleagues who are now stuck in the infirmary with broken tailbones." - Dr. Rosenwood

1F - Facility Grounds

Code:
BPI-4119 [Wall of Thorns]
[ACCESS LEVEL: NULL]
[THREAT LEVEL: YELLOW]
[DESCRIPTION]: A wall of writhing, thorny vines that burst from the ground upon approach, blocking a door.

[INFORMATION]: BPI-4119 is a large plant consisting of several large, thorny vines. The vines violently thrash upon approach from larger creatures, indicating some form of limited awareness, and are very resilient to both damage and fire.

Despite its capability for activity, BPI-4119 is not aggressive, and its violent actions are solely defensive in nature. It does not resemble any singular known plant as BPI-4119 was created in the Biology Lab, for the explicit purpose of guarding [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is made from the DNA of several different plants and [REDACTED], using the knowledge of multiple Bureau departments.

While not an anomaly in a traditional sense,  it is important to monitor due to the nature of its purpose.

"All that effort… Couldn't we have just used a particularly sturdy door?"

Code:

Code:
BPI-3550 [Underground Lab]
[ACCESS LEVEL: I]
[THREAT LEVEL: BLUE]
[DESCRIPTION]: An ordinary-looking Labrador Retriever.

[INFORMATION]: BPI-3550 appears to be an ordinary, yellow-colored dog, specifically the Labrador Retriever breed, of approximately seven years in age. The dog has a good temperament, though no particular loyalty to anyone in particular.

For unknown reasons, the dog appears to be unable to travel above ground, seemingly by some supernatural means, as attempts to transport the dog above ground simply result in the dog teleporting back to the entrance of whatever stairwell or elevator it comes across. This Anomaly is not dangerous whatsoever, and minimal security is in place, meaning agents may enter and exit its room at will, provided they do not harm BPI-3550.
