Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - Graffiti

What an intriguing new feature, I am glad that Valve has graciously allowed the players to pay for a way to add their own little bit of (predetermined by Valve themselves!!) flavor to the game. I especially like the limited uses part to encourage people to continue to support this great company!

fuck valve. at this point it's called global offensive because every change to the CS formula is offensive to everyone in the world

the idea behind making sprays an item that drops and can be bought/sold/traded is a pretty good way to make sprays work with the new vision of cs (can't have porn sprays appearing in your livestreams etc)

but making them limited use is fucking stupid

valve was corrupted by idiots paying ludicrous amounts of money for virtual items. now they just hang out, smoke pot and play basketball all day while their bank account swells.

i get the basic idea of sprays being earned via playing the game as it sort of worked in overwatch, especially since this is the tryhard nofun iteration of cs, but it's still monetizing a feature that's been around (and better) in previous games for no additional charge. i could sort of understand if they just gave you a set of initial default sprays (like past installments) and then had you able to earn new ones via playing since every fucking fps game needs carrots on a stick now, but yeah, limited uses shows their true intent of just twisting every cent they can out of players way too obviously.

yea having defaults would be the ideal, community is complaining very loudly about it atm

hopefully csgo team is as willing as the tf2 team when it comes to admitting they fucked up and changing stuff

If the R8 incident is any indication, here's hoping.

I never really checked if CSGO did sprays like other games before, but wow. I can see them adopting the spray system overwatch has, but c'mon limited uses and you have to pay for them? Geez, valve.

I mean the FAQ does say you don't have to pay for them, like anything else in the game you still get them as drops and just also have the option to buy/sell/trade
