Oh, but if you get it wrong... well, let's make Night 2's motive a little more interesting! If you get it wrong, the killer will be protected from all attempts on Night 3! Now let's see what happens!

It seems to be down to me and Gyro. I do have to insist I'm not a murderer, so I'll have to vote Gyro.

Lets' ⠀ think about the facts.

- The killer had to go to the post office as that's where the murder weapon came from.

- We have proof from Elster that the only two people who went there tonight were...⠀Derek Stiles and Gyro Zeppeli.

- According to Derek's memory check, the paper spike was still there gone when he arrived. This proves that the spike was taken tonight, and would be a bizarre claim to make if he was the killer. This therefore narrows down our suspect pool to just those two.

- Gyro was not seen for a large portion of the night and then shortly after the Gunshot (the killer jumping off the roof and breaking their fall with the shotgun blast) he turns up at the stables - with potentially enough time for a brief detour to drop off the shotgun and gloves in the Gun Storage which is directly next to both the stables and the spot where the killer would have landed.

Based on this, it seems pretty clear that Gyro Zeppeli is ⠀our man.

Strong case you've got there, Not Shane! Ain't much of a gap for Gyro to wriggle out of this one. Hope you don't mind if I do a little elaboration. Investigatin' is hardly my specialty, but I've stuck together a rough idea o' who couldn't have done it.

I got faith in my own two eyes and that Ranger for this bunch. Goin' off what we two saw and a shaving of additional info, doesn't seem likely it'd be Tsavorae, Reginald, the Ranger himself, Miss Cascabela, North Star, Strong Bad, Not Shane, Bud, Elster, or the King of Clubs.

Lynne and McJango about mutually clear each other, if you ask me, and I reckon McJango's workin' means they can vouch for Madame Zalsarona too. Ol' Roland was takin' a crack at that vault 'bout when the deputy drew his last whiff of spuds, and so were Hifumi, Marisa, and Ace Ventura.

That Akira's the definition of shenanigans, judgin' from her broadcasts, but I ain't seein' any reason to doubt her bein' over where she says, when she says, and that clears her and Mizzlebip. Hollywood Bowl's words seem to bear out Nico's rowdy night, and Elster vouches for Neil.

And... I reckon that leaves Doc Derek and Gyro, and Tsavorae's made a case fine enough I'm ready to put silver down and buy it.
