Oh, well, in that case, I'd better even up the vote count to protect myself.

* Kind of patchy testimony with not a lot of detail, plenty opportunities for gaps.
* Lots of activity in the green building, where most of the setup was sourced from.
* Close to tunnel access point in green building, where discarded packages of lighter fuel was found.
* Could thus have feasibly snuck into the Saloon when the decor was sitting on the table and tampered with one of the lanterns.
* Has no strong alibi for the time the knife was thrown into the saloon.

For now I'm going to choose this one over Reginald and Kroos.

Neil... I sure could use you right now, partner. That legalese rattlin' around in your head would come in handy. You got some phrases in your profession, if I'm rememberin' right. "Beyond a shadow of a doubt" and "preponderance of evidence", ain't those right?

Well, sure wish I could turn my doubt around past its shadow like a groundhog in front of the media, but tonight, I'm trustin' the preponderance of the evidence.

And the evidence is that ol Vote: Reginald was in the wrong place at the wrong time. We got ourselves a mighty narrow pool of suspects, and Strong Bad and North Star cleared each other. 'Tween Elster, Kroos, and Reginald... Reginald was closest to the south of the Saloon to hurl a knife, and it ain't like we can rule out him havin' a break from the outhouse construction to go tamperin' with the lanterns.

...hope I'm right about this... If only I were one of those Inquisitors...
