gotta agree and i don't see why APUs like @MetagameBot and @LottoBot should have to suffer from RD

so i was thinking about this group:

- No max ex for them (so people can donate Infinitey ex)

But I'm not sure what to do about incoming ex?

Should we disable all incoming ex other than donations?

Should we instead maximize the incoming ex? example: always have full rally? these Posters don't really post a lot so there's a lot of limitations on how they'd even acquire ex anyway, and so long as its being given out it might make sense, obv then we'd have to make sure no ones Abusing the accounts to use as regular posters though

like i mentioned in another thread, no reactions/good sh*ts out of said group

disabling all EX income other than donations sounds smart too
