yea i just found that out and its only gen 2 and 5 starters, which kinda sucks but its still really cool. personally 2 and 5 are my favorite gens so im pretty stoked

i'm glad i kept myself in the dark for so long with this gen tho. i really don't know shit about most of the new mechanics that weren't made blatantly obvious both in-game and in advertising (z-moves) but as a whole its such a huge step up from gen 6. gen 6 burnt me out really bad so i'm glad i can be interested in something like this again
