not everyone experiences asmr, those who do can overlook the weird parts on account of focusing on the asmr, while those who dont are just getting the weird parts

i personally experience asmr but i still gotta find the right videos to trigger it

If anyone wants to know I did manage to fall asleep at like 4:45

It was 4:45 and i could sleep
But I had to wake up in another 4 hours don't you see.

I've somehow stopped caring about how much/little I sleep. My sleeping pattern is broken and entirely irreversible. I'm tired when I'm tired, I sleep when I want etc. Any attempt to fix it somehow makes it worse.

Doesn't help living with 3 housemates who suffer the same thing
