Oh! Hey! I guess I should introduce myself, huh? Detective Lynne, at your service! It's funny, I've actually been looking into these "Killing Games" for a while, and I guess now I have a chance to do so up close! Not that I really wanted to, but...

Anyway, you're probably wondering where I came from. I WAS in a helicopter last night, heading somewhere. What I was doing is secret! Unfortunately for me, some freak malfunction caused it to send me falling down to the ground. I don't even know how I survived that. Strong Bad wasn't much help, he just stared for a few seconds and just went up north.
I landed in front of the green building dorms, so I took a quick look inside, and as I walked in, some little pink cowboy just...faded out of existence. It was weird. I guess that makes me his replacement, huh?



Well, since I'm here now, I might as well give the rest of my testimony! I did kind of get a view of things on my way down, so I made my way over to the gun shop to arm myself, just in case. I passed by Mizzlebip on the way in. After that, there were a couple people I thought I saw that I wanted to talk to. The first one was Agent Evangeline, who I found over at the train platform.



...After some camera on one of the benches suddenly snapped a pic of me. Be careful with those, I got caught so off guard that I fired a shot off!

Evangeline kinda yelled at me for that, and then we talked for a bit before I searched for my other target, Pohatu. I caught him just before he entered the blue building. I have reason to believe he was part of the game I'm looking into right now, so I told him I needed to talk to him tomorrow. So much for that, huh?
He did mention some sort of note he got, though. Anyone know what that's about?

After our brief chat, he went into blue, while The Noise came by and lived up to his name, yelling about being the sheriff or something as he walked towards the green building. I headed back to the yellow building, this time going into the saloon.



I had no idea there was going to be a party there, I just wanted to make some dinner. But hey, it was a fun time!

There were several people already here when I arrived - Deathborn was letting out an evil laugh, Kroos had some trail mix, McJango and Evangeline were at the tables, and Ace Ventura and King of Clubs were working the bar. I went straight up to the kitchen, running into Zalsarona and Roland. Once I found out what was going on, I was happy to help, so the three of us worked on cooking everyone's food. We did a pretty good job, I'd say!

We carried it down when we were done, and Partitio, Marisa, Momoyo, and Derek had all arrived while we were cooking. And with that, the party was on! After Roland freaked out and broke the piano, anyway.

As for the party itself, I had a great time! As you can probably expect, I didn't see everything that happened, but I can confirm some! Cascabela entered at one point, followed by Neil, and then Bud and North Star entered together. Momoyo blacked out a bit after that, and Marisa left, followed by Partitio. Hifumi showed up next, and quickly passed out after some hard drinking. Not Shane arrived right around the end, and I headed out to get some sleep shortly after that. I think that's everything!



I hate to say it, but I don't think things are going to get much better from here. Let's just try to solve this murder for now, but after this...everyone be careful, alright?

Most of my evenin' was spent takin' care of my fine steed Noise Jr. Quite the fine steed! And on top of that, I can get a nice warm glass of milk from her.

You see, you gotta take fine care of a beast like her - y'gotta make sure she grazes on the finest grass, that kinda thing. Not for me the taller steeds like mules and horses - good ol' Noise Jr will suit me just fine.

She's due to be my co-star in this production as well! Every deputy needs his heroic steed after all. And to be honest, I don't think any of yous lots got anything near to the type of starpower she brings to the production.

...Oh, y'want to know what I did beyond that? Eh, went to the sheriff's office, picked up my badge. Went to the general store, got some supplies - went to the tobacco place and got some cigars before Hifumi yoinked 'em all.

That wrestler guy was hiding around the outhouse, when I went to take a quick whizz.

Oh, I saw that Reggie guy sitting on top of the water tower fer some reason. Who knows why.

Then some bozo had left a whole bunch of junk on the ground by the water tower. Noise Jr. handled it like a champ.

Yeah that's about it. I don't know exactly what you expected to hear. I saws a bunch of people but they're all just bit parts, yknow? You want to know where I was! The star!

Akira huffs and sighs deeply, flicking a cigarette out of pack, lighting up, and taking a drag off it. She slumps back in her chair dejectedly.

"Yeah, so this was SUPPOSED to be my big comeback and turn me into a saleable performer overseas but I guess SOMEONE just had to fuck that up and of course it's that creep Deathborn, I already knew there was something wrong with him when he was acting like one place to piss and no real showers was adequeate for the set, I mean I read all my contracts you know After I got screwed out of everything I made until I was twenty-three years old by my mom and I know it said we'd get trailers, maybe it was shared trailers but that's at least something, you know what I mean? You can tell that it's going to take a long time, and that functionally the blowtorch could have been set up at the very start of the night and still have had enough to be lit at the beginning of day phase.

Anyway. There... wasn't really much to my night, honestly, but I feel like I should share it anyway. I woke up, and went over to the Saloon - it was just Gyro Zeppeli at that point - and I started setting up the stage. I'm a performer, after all. That's why I was hired for the first movie shoot. Even if we saw how that ended.

During the setup, Neil Marshall talked to Gyro for a while, and Ace Ventura came in and began singing. McJango came in after that and crawled on a table, and I saw Zalsarona come in and go upstairs. She came back down with an apron and some tools. Ranger showed up, and started performing with me, and I wasn't paying that much attention after that.

I know that King of Clubs showed up... and so did Kroos, and then we had Roland and Zalsarona come in together. It was after they went upstairs that Deathborn arrived, and then Lynne joined them upstairs.

I definitely saw the trio of Partitio, Marisa, and Momoyo, and then Zalsarona, Lynne, and Roland began serving... and Roland smashed the piano. Too bad about that. Partitio went upstairs to the restaurant, and Akira showed up and chased Ranger off the stage so she could sing with me. Let's see... the one after that to show up was Jessica, then Cascabela, then Neil... after North Star and Bud showed up, I stepped off the stage and talked to Jessica. Sat around for a bit, and when the party was breaking up, I spoke to Akira as well. Then I went back to my dorm to sleep.

You look out into the desert on the east edge of town, and see... yeah, that's some kind of radio tower in the distance.

Gearing up, you start marching out there, but as you do the desert sands whip up around you. You lose your way, and before you know it you're walking back into town.

Now. I believe you wish to hear my night. Your mastermind began in his dorm, from which he left to the Law Office upstairs. There, I spent some time preparing my evil edicts, where I met Not Shane. He declared himself the Sheriff.

As long as he realizes he answers to me, all is well.

I then departed the Green Building, from which I went to the Saloon. There, I spent time drinking, and spoke to Derek Stiles. We have talked at length of who was there, and I do despise wasting my own time, so I will simply say that I remained until the end, whereupon I joined the game of cards.

...My performance there... could have been much improved. After that, I returned to my dorm, to rest.

If we haven't done so already check inside the gloves - do the insides look dusty/dirty in any way? Do the two differ in any way? Anything cool inside?

Are Pohatu's hands cold? Is he wearing a scarf and a little hat?

Is there any dust/debris/soot from the explosion in the actual mineshaft?

You check the gloves. They're just gloves. It doesn't look like there's anything special.

You bodycheck Pohatu's corpse. He's not wearing anything, but he does have a pickaxe on him.

There's a few pieces of pyrite scattered down at the bottom, but that's it for anything related to the pile in the mine itself.

Anyway onto signs of activity. There's some footprints scattered around the cemetery. You can't really tell from them how long anyone was there, but you can safely confirm someone went to the cemetery.

The footprints don't extend outside of the cemetery in any direction. Seems like only the graveyard dirt was soft enough to take them.

Compare the cuts on the support beams to the different cutting implements we have access to. Kitchen knife, surgeon's knife, and maybe the wire itself, see how much the wire needs to be tugged to cause a cut like that
