Compare that blueish water to antifreeze and various substances in the garage, pharmacy, general store, and this fabled computer room that I hear is the popular drinking spot with the youth today.

Is antifreeze from the Garage or coolant from the Server Hall the same shade of blue as the lung water?

If not, does it seem like it would be if it was diluted in water?

It looks like none of these are a match. Even diluting the antifreeze or the coolant doesn't match it.

How "blue" are we talking here, exactly? Baby blue? Lapis? Teal? Turquoise? How bright? How saturated?

Is there anything copper on the map?

Would water that's had copper corrosion in it be able to replicate that blue color...?

It's a pretty unsaturated blue, and in the sort of blue-green azure kind of way.

There is a shitload of copper on the map. A lot of it in the form of rocks in the mine, but copper is also present in some of the tools in Mining Equipment and the Trading Post and the electrical wiring in every building.

You'd have to do some experimentation!

Can we color test with copper from the mine? Since we were already thinking someone used rocks from there for the red dye, I mean.

Is the elevator controls box missing any of its wires.

You smash up some rocks with copper and dump it into some water. Yep, looks like it's the same shade of blue.

You cannot tell, due to them getting blown the fuck up.

Does the copper dye have the same kind of earthy taste as the stuff in the barrel?
#91
Madame Zalsarona
Does the dye on the body look like it was applied deliberately, i.e. evenly, or is it haphazard and uneven, suggesting he was tossed in the barrel with the dye loose and then just rolled around in it a bunch?

It does not. The red dye and the crushed copper don't really match in taste.

It looks like it's more haphazard and uneven than anything else.

Hollywood Bowl
Sure, here you go.

You watch some footage. It starts amateurish and slapdash, and only features Fedora. After a bit, with some editing involved, it now focuses on Fedora and is clearly being professionally manned. Some time later, Witch Hat shows up, and it focuses on a cool showdown between Fedora and Witch Hat, with effects and sounds already added. Nice stuff, all around.

Is Bud stained the same blue color as the water in his lungs?

If we take a barrel of copper water and dunk Gyro in it, does he end up as the same blue color as Bud?

Bud is not stained the same blue as the lung water.

If you just dump Gyro into a barrel of ordinary copper water, he ends up slightly blueish. It's a lighter version of the water blue and definitely not the Bud blue.

If we dunk Elden Ring in a barrel of copper water and hold them under, is... um, are they...

(I-Isn't that a video game...?)

...are they the same color as Bud? Um... f-from being drowned, maybe...

You drown Elden Ring. They willingly go along with it, but they make sure to flip you off the entire time.

When you have a drowned Elden Ring, you pull up Bud alongside and do a comparison. It's... similar. To go into more detail, the drowned body of Elden Ring has a blue cast, yes, but the blue is about equal throughout the body, and when you check the lungs, they have been stained copper-water blue on the inside, whereas Bud's lungs are not stained and the blue cast on his body is a stronger and more concentrated blue in the head and upper chest than on the rest of his body.

After a bit, Elden Ring gets back up. They promptly take a gun and shoot Cascabela square in the middle of her forehead. She collapses, and gets up after a little while, looking rather pissed off.

Is the rain water barrel still near the Plot?

Are there any missing copper implements from Mining Equipment or the Trading Post?

I-I'd also like to check to see if there's wires missing anywhere, but that's probably too large of an area to check...

Um... lastly, are any of our water sources naturally coppery? Like the sinks or the canal?

Investigate the rain barrel next to the plot. Is it full of water? Made of copper? Has a "here's how I did it" note inside?

You investigate the rain barrel. It looks moderately full of water.

It seems like a couple shovels are missing from Mining Equipment.

That's correct!

No, the sinks don't use copper plumbing. They don't really use plumbing, after all.
