look at this, wheres the gameplay? the progression? the goal??

You can step on it and distribute it over a bigger area, making it more likely for others to step on it too. That turns the turd into a zombie game of sorts! Goal: Become not infected or walk home while trying to think about how to get rid of the shit on your feet. With its several stages of grief, it has plenty of progression.

That's more gameplay than what something like Big Rigs can claim.
