I am going to disassemble the Piston Compressor, and remove the piston. I will go over to the bomb pieces I found and compare the shape of the piston's end to any and all dents on the bomb, to see if it matches.

You can't really tell for sure given that it's a BUNCH OF EXPLODED FRAGMENTS that are heavily damaged. From blowing up and all.

That, and what a COMPRESSOR does is release COMPRESSED AIR. The PISTON is not necessarily the important part.
